We have received 24 representations in response to the consultation paperLegal Aid Arrangements for Onward Appeals including one from Mr Justice Collins. The Government will publish their response paper in due course. The five day time limit for applying to the High Court for a review 138WA of the tribunal decision is in Section 103A of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 as amended by Section 26(6) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004. We have received no representations on the legality of the five-day time limit.
