§ Mr. Peter Bottomley
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if the payments made by the capital collateral representative to condemned convicts normally meet the costs of their legal representation in cases where a retrial is sought.
§ Dr. Liam Fox
The capital collateral representative is appointed to represent prisoners sentenced to death in Florida who have no funds to retain counsel in post-conviction proceedings. The CCR does not make payments to condemned convicts.
