§ Dr. David Clark
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if he will list the areas of land involved in his Department's sale of the married quarters estate which were acquired or requisitioned under the Defence Acts of 1842 and 1873 and the Land Powers (Defence Act) 1958; 
(2) if land compulsorily purchased or requisitioned will be first offered back to the original owners involved in his Department's sale of the married quarters estate; 
(3) what assessment he made of the Crichel Down regulations in the formulation of his Department's plans to sell the married quarters housing stock; 
(4) if he will place in the Library a copy of the legal advice he has received on the implications of the Crichel Down regulations for his Department's plans to sell the married quarters housing stock; 
(5) if he will list the properties which his Department proposes to include in the sale of married quarters housing stock which are currently being considered in relation to the Crichel Down regulations; and what is the estimated retail value of these properties.
