Subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary supplementary estimates, individual cash limits and running costs limits will be increased when entitlement is taken up.
The total increase in cash limits resulting from the take-up of end-year flexibility will be charged to the Reserve and will, therefore, not add to the planned total of public expenditure.511W
