To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received from local authorities, non-governmental organisations and individuals over the transport to the nuclear reprocessing284W facility at Dounreay by road across Scotland of highly enriched spent research reactor fuel from Braunschweig in Germany in early October.
