To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will identify those nuclear weapon safety arrangements in force in the United Kingdom which Dr. Sidney Drell recommended in the United States House of Representatives Armed Services Committee panel on nuclear weapons safety as a model for the United States to follow; and what assistance or information was given by his Department to the panel.

Section III Of Dr. Drell's report recommends setting up an advisory committee similar in function to our own nuclear weapons safety committee.
