§ Mr. Peter Bottomley
To ask the Attorney-General if it is the normal practice for potential beneficiaries from the outcome of cases of judicial review to have to make concurrent applications.
§ The Attorney-General
Potential beneficiaries from the outcome of judicial review may make concurrent applications if they wish to do so. However, in cases involving a number of potential beneficiaries it is not unusual for one of their number to apply for judicial review in order to test the arguments to be advanced.
