§ Lord Holme of Cheltenham

Whether they plan to open up public access to criminal records.
The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrers)
A Home Office scrutiny, which began in early52WA December, is examining current practices in providing access to, and disclosure from, criminal records.
