To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he last met senior representatives from the units of managements within the Eastern and Southern health and social services boards to discuss anomalies resulting from the implementation of the clinical grading review for nurses and midwives.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish details of grades issued before commencement of the appeal procedure as a result of the clinical grading review, giving a breakdown of all grades(a) on a Northern Ireland basis, (b) on an area board basis, (c) on a unit of management basis and (d) on a hospital basis.
