Whether they will list the medical conditions which are not infectious or contagious but by reason of which the issue of special vouchers to applicants in India was refused or delayed in 1980.

A small number were referred for medical reasons including: Down's syndrome; epilepsy; mental subnormality; heart disorder; hypertension and glycosuria; phimosis and hydrocele; hernias; total aphasia; cataracts; and unstabilised diabetes.
