§ Lord BROCKWAY
asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether they will state the conclusions of the UNESCO conference on a "new world information and communications order" which concluded in Paris on 22nd April, and what was the contribution of the British representation.
§ The SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN and COMMONWEALTH AFFAIRS (Lord Carrington)
The UNESCO Inter-Governmental Conference for Co-operation on Activities, Needs and Programmes for Communication Development met in Paris on 14th to 21st April.
