asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether the marking of detonators made in Great Britain indicating whether they are destined for use in Northern Ireland or in the Republic of Ireland, has been of assistance to the security forces.
§ Mr. Mason
Ministerial approval has been given to the sale of alcohol to staff over 18 years of age as an ancillary to a meal in Northern Ireland Civil Service staff restaurants. This approval is subject to such facilities being requested by the majority of the staff employed in the building, to the agreement of the head of the Department concerned and to the agreement of the Department of the Civil Service for Northern Ireland.
Additional capital expenditure was incurred in only three cases. This amounted to £7,300.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what are the locations of the various bars selling alcoholic beverages in Government buildings in Northern Ireland; and if he will indicate their weekly turnover.
