The Council has recently inquired about the possibility of a contribution to its finances to enable its activities to be planned over the next three years. I am not yet satisfied that there are grounds for reopening the decision made by the last Administration not to continue grants to the North-East Development Council beyond the178W
bankruptcy cases were dealt with by the Bankruptcy Court in England and Wales during the last five years and up to the latest convenient date; how many of this number have been discharged; and what steps are taken to ensure that directors of liquidated companies do not commence activities again until it is lawful for them so to do.
