§ Mr. Pardoe
asked the Lord President of the Council what were the prices charged to Members in March, 1968, and March, 1969, for 1,000 four-and-a-half inches by eight-and-a-half inches white envelopes with plain embossed crest, 1,000 four-and-a-half inches by six-and-a-half inches plain white envelopes similarly embossed, 1,000 sheets of quarto white paper similarly embossed, and 1,000 sheets of foolscap white paper similarly embossed, respectively; when the increase in price took place; what was the reason for it; and what improvement there was in quality.
§ Mr. Fred Peart
I think the hon. Member may be under a misapprehension. There has been no increase in the price during this period, or change in the quality, of plain white envelopes and notepaper with plain embossed crest.
