§ 51. Mr. Roebuck
asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he is aware that many parents in areas where there is separatism in secondary education do not know of their rights of appeal with regard to the schools allocated to their children; and whether he 161W will make a statement setting out the machinery of appeal available to parents in this matter.
§ Miss Bacon
There is no statutory right of appeal but parents, like other members of the community, are free to complain about any action of an authority with which they disagree.
