§ Mr. Hewlett
asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport which three counties, relative to the population, have the worst records for road casualties to individuals, especially in regard to the April figures of 10,497.
§ Mr. Noel-Baker
During the war there have been large movements of population, of which records are not available. I regret that I cannot, therefore, say which counties have the worst accident records in proportion to the number of inhabitants. I will, however, send my hon. Friend a copy of the Accident Returns for April, showing the number of persons killed and injured in each of the Police Districts in Great Britain.
