Frederick S. Wrench. The Department have no official paid expert on horse breeding. They employ several members of their staff as well as temporary officers. The veterinary inspector in connection with live stock schemes, Mr. M. J. Cleary, M.R.C.V.S., is the only officer who devotes his whole time to this work.
