page 49, line 32, leave out sub-paragraph (a) and insert—
(a) the power to make an order in pur-surance of a complaint by the debtor for an attachment of earnings order, or the discharge or variation of such an order, shall be deemed to be a power to make an order against the person to whom payment under the relevant adjudication is required to be made (whether directly or through an officer of any court);

My Lords, if no noble Lord has any objections, I will move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 58, 59 and 60. I have already spoken to Amendments Nos. 58 and 59 when dealing with Amendments Nos. 52 and 55, and to Amendment No. 60 when dealing with Amendment No. 56. I beg to move.
