My Lords, before the House rises, I should like to say that the Tellers for the Not-Contents in the Division on the Welsh Government Bill made a mistake. The figure for the Not-Contents should have been 17, and not 19, due to the fact that as Tellers we counted ourselves twice. I apologise for cheating the House and trust that the figures may now be put right.
