The Commons propose to amend the above Amendment as follows:
Leave out from ("highest") in paragraph (b) to the end of the paragraph and insert ("figure below which throughout any consecutive period of fifteen minutes the numbers do not fall.")

My Lords, the last Amendment which has been made to the Bill in another place merely makes clearer the intentions of your Lordships when we inserted our Amendment during the Committee stage of the Bill. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment.
