§ 12. Mr. J. Hynd
asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, in view of the fact that the supplies of Scotch whisky, now 1352 available are more than sufficient to provide both the home and export markets, and that the last two increases of duty were imposed to release supplies for export, whether he will now consider a relaxation of the duty.
§ Mr. Kershaw
Will my right hon. and learned Friend bear in mind the rising exports, the rising home consumption, and the rising profits of this industry?
