A White Paper on the proceedings of the last session of the Committee of Ministers will shortly be presented to Parliament.
§ Mr. Duncan Sandys
Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that, rightly or wrongly, the impression has been created on the Continent that H.M. Government are unsympathetic, if not actually hostile, to the objects of the Council of Europe? Will he make every effort to correct this most damaging impression?
§ Mr. Morrison
I imagine that the right hon. Gentleman may have had something to do with that impression. In any case, that impression is a misapprehension.
