§ 36. Mr. HUTCHISON
asked the Home Secretary whether he will consider including in the Government programme 1695 next session a Redistribution Bill, either for the whole country or at least for those districts whose population, owing to rehousing, has increased exceptionally?
§ Mr. HUTCHISON
