The following local authorities have been authorised by local Acts to establish reserve funds for the purchase of land:—Sheffield, Chester, Bournemouth, Leicester, Cardiff, Stockton-on-Tees, Birkenhead, West Bromwich, Reading, Tamworth, Taunton, Gillingham, Scarborough.
