§ The present position of international discussion of this question is as follows:
§ In October, 1931, the Fourth General Conference on Communications and Transit adopted an Act declaring: —
§ At its meeting last January the Council decided to bring the Act to the notice of the religious bodies as desired by the Conference.
§ If my hon. Friend desires, I will cause a copy of the Act to be placed in the Library of the House.
