Sir Clement Hindley as Chairman and Sir Reginald Blair as a member of the Board were appointed by me. As regards the second part of the question, the answer is in the negative.
Would it be possible to get a financial figure of the Government contribution in regard to these preceding periods of 1898 and 1906?
