§ Mr. RAMSAY MacDONALD
Can the Prime Minister tell us what business he proposes for the rest of the week?
§ The PRIME MINISTER
If the Committee stage of the Unemployment Insurance Bill be concluded to-morrow, Thursday will be given for a Debate on the Motion of Censure. If the Committee stage be not completed, we shall resume consideration of the Bill on Thursday. If time is available on any day, other Orders will be taken.
§ Mr. THURTLE
Is the Prime Minister aware that his reluctance to grant a day for this Vote of Censure, coupled with the fact that the Government did not make use of the time which was available early this morning for proceeding with the Unemployment Insurance Bill, is creating a great impression in the country that he seeks to avoid this issue?
