§ 34. Sir R. THOMAS

§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSON
It is not the regular policy to appoint Welsh-speaking staffs to post offices in Welsh 220 districts, but in certain towns the Postmaster is required to possess a knowledge of Welsh. No special tests are imposed.
