§ 74. Mr. MORRELL
asked the President of the Local Government Board if he will make inquiries into the case of Mr. G. Crowden Clement, who recently appealed for exemption to the Swansea Appeal Tribunal, and if he will ascertain whether the chairman of this tribunal, in hearing this appeal ruled that the Statutory Regulations were out of order in permitting the applicant to ask questions; and whether he will order a rehearing of the case and will instruct the chairman of the tribunal that the Statutory Regulations are binding on him?
§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Hayes Fisher)
It appears from a letter received from Mr. Clement that his complaint is against the local tribunal. If he is aggrieved by their decision his proper remedy is to appeal to the Appeal Tribunal.
