asked the Prime Minister if any steps have yet been taken to ascertain whether an agreement 2122 can be arrived at on the Government of Ireland Bill by providing for the permanent exclusion of Ulster from the operation of the Bill?

Has the right hon. Gentleman yet received the authority of the hon. and learned Member for Water-ford (Mr. J. Redmond) that he will agree to the total exclusion of Ulster?
