§ MR. LONSDALE
I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can now state the course which the Government intend to pursue in regard to the Land Law (Ireland) Acts Amendment Bill.
§ MR. BIRRELL
This is not a Government measure. The Bill has been committed to a Standing Committee, of 1651 which my right hon. friend the Attorney-General for Ireland and myself are members. I have no statement to make on the subject at present.
