§ MR. NANNETTI
To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he is aware that the bookbinders'work of the Public Record Office, Dublin, is at the present time being executed by a member of the office staff who is in receipt of a weekly wage of 27s. while the minimum wages of bookbinders in Dublin is 32s. per week; and will he undertake to make inquiries and have the work done for the future by bookbinders who will be paid not less than the minimum scale of wages.
(Answered by Mr. Victor Cavendish) A portion only of the time of one workman searcher is employed in certain binding work at the Public Record Office.
