I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he can state the number of individual electors in England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales respectively, as contrasted with the number of voters in each of those portions of the United Kingdom obtained by a summation of the voters' rolls containing the names of voters entered in more than one constituency, including the University voters.
