§ MR. T. M. HEALY
I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether, seeing that until recently it has been the practice of the Post Office to deliver telegrams to searchers in the Search 784 Room of the Registry of Deeds Office, Dublin, he can explain why telegraph messengers have now been instructed not to deliver messages to searchers there; and is it intended to also instruct such messengers not to deliver messages to barristers or solicitors personally at the Four Courts, Dublin.
§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN
The Postmaster General is unable to trace any such instructions as those referred to. The hon. Member must, he thinks, have been misinformed.
