asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, What decision had been come to by the Irish Government in the case of Mr. William Johnston, Inspector of Fisheries, with regard to his pledge of last year, and his recent public speeches?

I promised the hon. and learned Member for Monaghan (Mr. Healy) that I would answer a Question by him on this subject on Monday next. I do not know whether he is willing to be forestalled; 29 but I should prefer to wait till the day that has been named.
