§ MR. FAWCETT,
in reply, said, that the question had been considered by the Post Office, and it had been decided not to re-open the telegraph station at Addison Road, it having been found to be more convenient to the inhabitants of the district to have a telegraph office within a short distance east of the Station, and in a short time there would be another a short distance west of the Station. He thought that with these two offices the wants of the neighbourhood would be fully supplied. In the Western District of London there were eight telegraph offices open till 11 o'clock p.m., and two open all night and all day. He thought that accommodation was sufficient.
