§ SIR WILLIAM GALLWEY
said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he will consent to refer the question of the expediency of altering the Laws relative to Night Poaching to a Select Committee?
§ SIR GEORGE GREY
said, in the course of the next Session, if a Motion should be made for inquiry into the operation of the existing Law on the subject of Night Poaching he should consent to it. From the Bills which he had seen on the subject he thought it essential that some inquiry should precede any alteration of the Law.
